I don’t know what it is, but I’ve gotten the kick in the butt and have decided to get more disciplined with my health. I’m proud of myself for working out so much, but with lack of ‘big’ results, I realize I need to reign myself back in, take a look at what I’m actually eating and be more disciplined.

Thanks to the stomach flu for giving me a five pound head start 😉 I’ve made a personal goal to hit by thanksgiving which will require very disciplined eating and extra training. I’m excited about it. I love attainable goals and know I can get there and it’s just another positive thing to focus on.

I have a bit of an obsessive personality, so I know I may throw myself into this and obsess over it, but I think that’s ok! I’m in search of fun, healthy snacks and meal ideas and extra ways to burn some extra calories.

So get excited for some motivating fit chats, healthy recipes, and motivating quotes to keep the results coming!
